Self-Service Password Reset for Zendesk Support Portal
To reset your Zendesk Sentris® Support Portal password without submitting a request, navigate to mantech-smp.zendesk.com and select Forgot Password? as shown below. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Zendesk account. Once you have entered you email address and select Submit you will be sent a password reset link via email.
Please ensure to check your spam folder if you are not seeing the password reset link in your main inbox.
How do you request a Zendesk password reset if you are unable to access it?
If you are unable to log into your Zendesk account there are a three ways to go about requesting a password reset:
- Have another member of your organization request on your behalf
- Utilize Self-Service Password Reset(above)
- Send an email to: support@mantech-smp.zendesk.com from the email attached to your account.
