Important Access & Timeline Policies
To help your team plan effectively, please keep the following timeline and access windows in mind when purchasing the course:
The 60-Day Period of Performance (PoP): All training modules must be fully completed within 60 days of your purchase date, after which access expires.
The 10-Day Active Window: Once a student performs their initial login, they have exactly 10 business days to finish the curriculum.
Critical Scheduling Pro-Tip: Students must activate their training no later than Day 50 of the overall 60-day PoP to ensure they get their full 10 business days of access. Starting on Day 55 means you will only have 5 days left before the course is forfeited.
Need an Extension?
If a student runs out of time within their 10-business-day window—but the overall 60-day purchase period is still active—a 48-hour (2 business day) extension can be purchased for a $99 fee via credit card. This extension request must be submitted within 14 business days of the initial expiration date.
